All handcrafted merchandise purchased from Native Imports has a unique, "one of a kind" appearance. Because of the handmade nature of our inventory, no two items are ever identical. We want you, our customers, to be aware of this fact, so you will be excited to know your purchase is not a "stamped out" copy, but an individually created work of art for your home.

Our gallery photos displayed show product dimensions, style, and relative color, although color may vary from photos shown. The photos of our rustic and colonial style furniture will display the unique design qualities of each piece, but the individual patterns of the wood grain and the way the wood accepts the stain, will vary from the photos shown. Each handcrafted piece is a work of home furnishing art that supports fair wage, quality craftsmanship, and stylish design.

Delivery Time:

Do to the handcrafted nature of our inventory, our customers must allow, in most cases, 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from the time of order. In some cases, custom orders may take longer. If an item purchased is available as in-store inventory and/or is available in one of our manufacturers' warehouses, delivery may only take 2 weeks. When you place your order, we will give you an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Policy:

Every effort is made to protect our inventory from damage during shipping, but we encourage our customers to check their orders for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If any container damage is sighted prior to unwrapping your purchase, please take photographs of the damaged container. Since cardboard is used as a protective outer layer for most of our shipping, some damage may occur during shipping that will not affect the interior item. If your purchase has noticeable shipping damage once unwrapped, again; please take photographs of the damage! If on the rare occasion damage has occurred during shipping, please retain the container and packing materials, because they will be needed to return the damaged item to our shipper. The insurance purchased prior to shipping, will protect your investment if our recommended procedure is followed, and we will do our best to replace any damaged merchandise in a timely manner.Thank you/Gracias!

Return Policy:

No cash refunds are available from Native Imports! If for some reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, we will be glad to offer in-store credit for the amount of your purchase, less a 10% restocking fee, your responsibility for careful repackaging, and the cost of shipping to return your purchase. We are confident and proud to represent our native artisans and our family owned manufacturing companies, and we believe any handmade item purchased from Native Imports will add originality and beauty to your home.
